2024 Important Dates Coming Up

January 27th- Assessment Day & Gear Swap
(JUST FOR 10U/12U: Dan, Mario, Lupe & Steve)
10U player assessments will be from 9:00-10:30 and 12U assessments from 10:30-12:00 at Analy High School Varsity field. If it rains, the back up date will be February 3rd.

February 10th- Mandatory Coach’s Clinic and Spring Player’s Clinic @ Analy High School. We will have a brief coach’s clinic from 9-10 and then coaches will be expected to stay and help with the player’s clinic. 6/U/8U will be from 10-12 and 10U/12U/14+ will be from 12:30-2:30. *Coaches only need to help with their respective age groups.

Week of February 4th-9th- We will notify you and the players of their team roster assignments.

February 12th- Tentative Day for practice to start. Ragle does not open until the beginning of March.

March 2nd- Opening Day and Picture Day @ El Molino (times and itinerary to be determined)

March 10th- Pitching Clinic for 8U/10U/12U players.

Incident or Accident Report Form

A Board Member must be notified (email: execboard@westcountysoftball.com) for all accidents that require first aid, head injury and/or medical attention. In all of these cases, a coach MUST complete the league’s incident report, available below. This report must be completed and turned in to the Board’s Player Agent within 24 hours of the incident.
