2025 Important Dates Coming Up

January 26th: FREE Umpire Training at SRJC @ 10 am-noon.

February 22nd: Mandatory Coaches Clinic, 6U-10U Players clinic and 10U-13+ Assessments.

February 26th: Draft Night at Round Table Pizza, time TBA.

March 1st: Beginner's Pitching Clinic at Analy HS, time TBA.

April 5th: Opening Day & Pictures at Analy HS

April 26th: Apple Blossom Parade

April 27th: Summer Travel Team Tryouts. Time & location TBA

Incident or Accident Report Form

A Board Member must be notified (email: execboard@westcountysoftball.com) for all accidents that require first aid, head injury and/or medical attention. In all of these cases, a coach MUST complete the league’s incident report, available below. This report must be completed and turned in to the Board’s Player Agent within 24 hours of the incident.
